Stepwise Work Procedure

Application and Booking

• The vendor will visit your site to estimate and plan the installation process.
• You'll need to provide a copy of your electricity bill and a booking amount to confirm the booking.
• The vendor will then provide you with a payment receipt and acknowledgement.

Discom verification and approval

• The local electricity distribution company(Discom) will verify your site and grant approval for solar installation.

Installation

• Once approved by Discom,the vendor will install the solar power plant within 25 days.
• Materials will be dispatched to the site within 20 days from the booking date.
• Next installationhas to be paid during dispatching of goods.
• The vendor's team will arrive on-site within 3 days of dispatching materials to begin installation.

Installation Process

• This step covers the physical installation of solar panels and electrical components.
• Tasks include marking for earthing and legs of the structure, drilling holes for grounding rods, preparing the GI structure, mounting the structure, laying the foundation for the legs, mounting the solar modules, installing the inverter and junction box, and running electrical cabling.

Commissioning

• This step involves the paperwork and final checks before activating the system.
• After net metering agreement your plant will be commissioned and you will start exporting electricity to the grid.

Warranty

• The vendor will provide warranty certificates for the inverter and solar modules within 15-20 days of installation.
